About Us

During the summer of 2007, Mark Holloway bought a $500 pressure washer to remove green mold and weathered stain on the exterior of the new home that he and his family bought in the Georgia mountains. Over the following weeks, a stranger drove by as Mark slowly but meticulously improved and renovated his property. Eventually, that stranger introduced himself to Mark and asked if he’d make his home look just like the Holloways, and that’s how Property Stewards was born.

Today, that $500 pressure washer, nicknamed Old Red, is displayed on the wall as a reminder to Mark and his family of where their business started and how much it has grown. Evolving into Property Stewards was a natural extension of who the Holloways are at their core—people who want to help and care for others.
