Even though he did years in college as a Pharmacy major his calling was Tech, History, and mostly working with his hands from growing up on a farm. Nico moved to Jacksonville to learn welding, pipe fitting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC so he has a lot of trades in his belt. Speaking of Belts he is a black belt in BJJ and trained years in Muay Thai kickboxing, Judo and Dutch kickboxing!
She studied biochemistry and Business at the University of Mississippi. She is a serial entrepreneur. She has over 10 years of experience in sales and management. She is an award-winning leader and salesman with over 20 plus recognitions in the sales industry. She has over five years of experience as a marketing manager with a positive inclination each year of her management. She has spent the last few years as a business coach/ mentor helping her students all over the world understand how to legally structure a business as well as learn multiple streams of passive income.
He has his degree in tool and dye from Northwest Mississippi. He has over 25 years of experience in the Maintenance industry. He also specializes in carpentry & paint/stain. He excels in all three. His training skills have helped to assist many others to achieve quality work.
She attended Delta State University where she studied criminal justice and went on to become a correctional major at the department of corrections at Parchment Ms. She has been with the department of corrections for 28 years which she is currently retiring from. During her tenure there she provided security custody and control of all inmates, and all inmates were treated equally and fairly despite their crimes. Now Juanita currently enjoys reading, gardening, lawn care, and spending time with her beautiful grandchildren!
She has over 15 years of experience in debt collections/solutions such as Retail Front Check Collections ( licensed in 29 states to direct collections, financial department’s ). 6 years experience Centralized Returns, Loans Specialist. 3 years experience in accounting, tax preparation, HR and Payroll, Merchant services.
She is a former major of psychology and biology. She continued to further her journey by delegating 6 years of management in customer service and claims operations. In addition to her performance expectations in these titles, she has continued to grow her skills of communication, client retention/satisfaction, and marketing. Overall, she is recognized for her willingness to grow and commit in every affair.
Went to the University of Mississippi where he majored Sports Management. He is a proud Board member of the Ed and Becky Meek Scholarship Foundation and also an avid outdoorsman. He has also been an experience leader in the maintenance industry for year.
