Deep Cleaning
Our initial deep cleaning covers your entire home, ensuring every space is refreshed and spotless.
- Whole House: Dusting, cobweb removal, vacuuming carpets, cleaning ceiling fans, mirrors, and glass surfaces, wiping window sills, cleaning entry door glass, removing fingerprints from windows and doors, emptying trash, re-lining waste baskets, and washing all floors.
- Bathrooms: Sanitizing sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, mirrors, dusting light fixtures and bulbs, and washing floors.
- Kitchen: Cleaning countertops, inside/outside microwave, cabinet tops and facings, refrigerator top, appliances (including polishing stainless steel), sanitizing sinks, and washing floors.
- Accessible Closets: Washing baseboards and vacuuming floors.
Our deep cleaning also includes tasks like cleaning wall hangings, dusting bookshelves, washing baseboards and door facings, cleaning vents and light fixtures, and vacuuming under beds and furniture (if accessible).
Ongoing Maintenance After Deep Cleaning
Once your home has received a deep clean, we maintain its cleanliness by refreshing wall hangings, door frames, baseboards, bookshelves, tile floors, and cabinet facings.

Guest Ready Cleaning
We prepare your home for guests with a thorough cleaning that includes:
- Whole House: Dusting, cobweb removal, vacuuming carpets, dusting ceiling fans, cleaning mirrors, wiping window sills, cleaning entryway glass, relining waste baskets, and washing/vacuuming floors. We also remove any dead bugs.
- Bedrooms: Making two beds with clean sheets (extra sets required). Additional beds are $35 each.
- Bathrooms: Sanitizing sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, cleaning mirrors, washing floors, and hanging fresh towels.
- Kitchen: Sanitizing countertops, cleaning inside/outside microwave, wiping cabinet facings, cleaning appliance exteriors, removing perishable food upon request, polishing stainless steel, and sanitizing sinks.
All used linens should be placed in the laundry area. Additional charges apply for washing bed covers and blankets. A $35 pet fee is applied for homes with pets.
Pre-Check Services
Customize your home’s preparation before your arrival. Options include:
- Dust & mop high-traffic areas

- Set up outdoor furniture cushions

- Check hot tub water levels & temperature
- Fill boats with gas

What do your housekeeping services include?
Property Stewards offers deep cleaning, ongoing cleaning after a deep clean, guest-ready cleaning, and optional pre-arrival checks. The work can cover living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens. How does deep cleaning differ from ongoing housekeeping?
Deep cleaning is the initial, more detailed clean. It includes tasks such as washing baseboards and door facings, cleaning vents and light fixtures, dusting bookshelves, and vacuuming under beds and furniture where accessible. Ongoing housekeeping refreshes areas such as wall hangings, door frames, baseboards, bookshelves, tile floors, and cabinet facings after the deep clean.
What is included in guest-ready cleaning?
Guest-ready cleaning prepares the home for your next visit or guests. It includes cleaning living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen; making two beds with clean sheets; and hanging fresh towels. Extra sets of sheets are required for bed preparation, and additional beds carry an additional charge. Perishable food can be removed upon request.
How should I prepare linens, and are there extra charges?
Place used linens in the laundry area and provide extra sets of clean sheets for bed preparation. Additional charges apply for services such as washing extra sheets and towels, washing bed covers and blankets, and preparing additional beds. Refrigerator or oven interiors, windows and blinds, and homes with pets also have separate charges or custom pricing, as listed above. Discuss these items when arranging your service.
Can you prepare my home before I arrive?
Yes. Optional pre-check services can include dusting and mopping high-traffic areas, vacuuming up bugs, setting out outdoor furniture cushions, removing cobwebs and wiping porches, and checking hot tub water levels and temperature. Tell us which preparations you would like. Pre-check services are scheduled in addition to regular property visits.
How do I schedule housekeeping services?
